The challenge: The Trends team at Mintel built a bespoke bus tour for clients that explored how businesses responded to emerging trends within the capital. Packed with new insights and inspirations, the team asked for a solution that would deliver information about trends at each location, whilst enhancing the tour experience. I created unique merchandise that each participant would take away at the end of the tour. At the start of the tour, clients were handed a bag of helpful goodies including an informative book of trends, a bag, a ticket and a map.
