The challenge: The CRM team were building templates using old brand and manually updating content. I worked with the CRM team to understand their needs and wants when creating emails. I designed the building blocks so the team could put emails together quickly. Not only did this save time it ensured brand consistency.
Bespoke email programmes
As part of the brand refresh, the CRM, content and design teams reviewed all the email marketing programmes that Azimo were sending out. I helped to review content and looked at data to understand what USP’s are the most important to customers. I worked together with the content team to produce meaningful and localised graphics.
